Pre Orders:
Since Pre Orders are unique items, please allow up to 8 weeks to be delivered. We will contact you with any updates on your order, and get it to you as soon as we can.
US Shipping:
Economy: $8.00 (5 to 8 business days)
Standard: $12.00 (3 to 4 business days)
International Shipping:
Standard: $15.00 (2-3 weeks)
(Please be aware that import taxes, duties, and fees may apply to international shipments and are responsibility of the buyer)
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been fulfilled and sent out to you. This email will contain a tracking link for your package.
Can I cancel/edit an order?
While we cannot edit an order that has already been placed, we can definitely help you cancel an order. Email us at customer@internetoffabfash.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-orders mean orders placed before a product is really “launched.” So if you’re lucky enough to get your hands on a purchase within the given pre-order window, you receive your product before anyone else even has access to purchasing it.
Shipping Pre-Orders:
Pre orders can take around 3 weeks to be delivered. While we try our best to get your package to you as soon as possible, unexpected delays can occur. If this does happen, we will keep you notified of any changes.
Returns & Excahnges
Refund policy:
We have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. We offer free returns for all shipments within the US.
To be eligible for a return:
-Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, and unwashed.
-Have your invoice/proof of purchase
-Original care labels must be attached
Starting a Return (US Shipments)
1. Within your package, a return label is included. Locate this return label.
2. Ensure the item you are returning is mailed within the same package it was sent in. Tape the package securely.
3. Remove the original shipping label, and attach the new return label provided in your parcel.
You’re ready to go. Send out the parcel by scheduling a pickup or dropping it off by the designated carrier your package was sent in. The carrier is located on the shipping/return label.

Starting a Return (International Shipments)
For international shipments, we do not cover return costs nor do we include shipping labels.
1. Ensure the item you are returning is mailed within the same package it was sent in. Tape the package securely.
2. Head to the local post office of your choice, and create the return label addressed to the following:

with the tracking number once shipped.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exchanges/Replace
We’re happy to exchange/ replace your Tracker. The quickest way to exchange your item is by following the return steps listed above and placing a new order for your desired item. If your item is a pre-order, contact us, and we will direct you to the next steps.
Editing/Cancelling an order
If you’d like to cancel or edit an order that has already been placed, contact us and we will get your needs sorted as soon as possible.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 days.
Please keep in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
